Shipping policy

Order processing times:

Once the order is received it will take 1-2 weeks for all prints to be shipped. Custom prints take approximately 2-4 weeks to create and this is subject to change depending on how many clients orders are being worked on. Please email me in advance before ordering if you need your order by a certain date and I can try and work around this for you.

Shipping costs:

Shipping costs are calculated by region and weight of package. Free shipping for the UK for orders over £50. All orders will be sent Via Royal Mail 2nd class for UK (2 - 5 working days) and Royal Mail International Standard for worldwide orders (7 to 14 working days). 

Depending on your region please be aware you may incur further fees such as taxes and customs fees. These have not been included in your shipping price. 

Shipping delays:

Orders may take longer due to variables outside of my control. Please contact me via handwrittenbys@outlook.com if you have not received your order within 14 working days of shipping date. In line with the Royal Mail policies I will wait 28 working days to get back in contact with you and if you still have not received your order I will open a case with Royal Mail to investigate. Please contact me any time with any other queries. 

Returns and exchanges:

Please refer to the returns policy for more information. I do accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase on prints only. I do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items or custom portraits or custom lyric prints.
